We helped Personio create a brand awareness campaign – for audiences in Munich, London, Dublin, Amsterdam and Madrid—that challenged people to stop thinking of HR as a cost centre.
Personio offers software that takes care of all HR tasks, from hiring and onboarding to managing pay and development. They offer a better way for businesses to do HR and believe HR doesn’t have to be a fragmented process that unnecessarily adds hours of wasted time and painful delays.
They wanted a brand awareness campaign that focused on the ability of HR to give businesses 'more time for what matters'—their people.

Our challenge
Drawing on a blend of our own research and strategic insights from the Personio marketing team, we developed a unifying campaign proposition designed for seamless localisation across multiple regions. Anchored in Personio’s core differentiator—giving HR teams back valuable time—we articulated a simple, human‑centred idea: ‘More time for what matters’.
Our Solution
In partnership with Personio’s central and regional marketing teams, we orchestrated and delivered a fully integrated campaign across multiple channels and 5 countries. The rollout spanned both digital and physical touchpoints—including industry press, digital out‑of‑home, vehicle wraps, and event advertising—and even extended to large‑format digital billboards showcased during the England Rugby Union tour of Australia.
